If you experience issues after Daraz’s return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- If you requested a pick up, we will send you a tracking number by SMS after the pickup has been arranged. You can then follow your refund or replacement request by entering the tracking number at tracking.daraz.pk.
- If you requested a drop off, please use the TCS consignement number to track your returned order on TCS tracking
There are no charges for shipping a product back to Daraz.
- It will take between 5 and 13 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Yes, the refunded amount would also include the shipping amount you were charged.
