Terms and Conditions:

The following terms and conditions are applicable only for customers in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad:

• If an order is placed and confirmed before the daily cut off time of 23:59, they shall be delivered on the following calendar day.

• Delivery for dFresh products is applicable in most areas of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. We are currently working on expanding and including areas such as Bahria Town (Karachi & Lahore), Malir Cantt (Karachi & Lahore) and Askari 5 (Karachi only).
• Delivery of dFresh products is not applicable under certain conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Orders placed on public holidays and officially announced non-working days.
  • Inclement weather conditions
  • Orders with inaccurate or incomplete address and/or contact information.
  • Disruptions to Daraz’s courier’s system due to upgrades, maintenance or other technical issues.
  • Any other case of force majeure.
  • Subjected abuse of service.
• Daraz reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to change the terms & conditions at any given time without prior notice.
