You can access the wallet refund by activating your Daraz Wallet. Please click here to activate your Daraz Wallet.

Please check if your phone number is associated with another account. You cannot use a number that has already been registered with another account. Please try using a different number. If you would like to use the same number associated with a different account, please remove that number from the previous account and register again.

Please check your spam/junk email. If the activation email is not in your junk folder, you can request another email. If that doesn't work, try activating the wallet with your mobile device or the Daraz App.

Try opening the email activation link in incognito mode on your web browser. If that doesn't work, try activating the wallet with your mobile device or the Daraz App.

Request for a new verification code. Try requesting between 9am and 7pm. You can also check if Daraz's number is blocked by your service provider.
