Delivery fees depend on the weight of the package and its origin/destination

Please note that the Pick-up Point delivery option is only available for items that are:

  • - Weighing under 8kg (non-bulky)
  • - Pre-paid orders
  • - For "Fulfilled by Daraz" items, quantity placed should not be greater than 4.
  • - Address should lie within 5km of Pick-up Point. (To avail this feature, select our Pick-up point as your address. To find more about Pick-up point locations, click here

You can still avail delivery by selecting one of these addresses as your Pick-up address on the checkout page.

We apologize that we are unable to support switches to other delivery options at the moment. Do not worry, we are working on this function.

If you have not placed your order, simply click on "Pick-up Point" card to select your preferred station again.

If you have already placed your order, changing your Pick-up Point station is unfortunately not an available feature at the moment.

Once your order has been marked as ‘Shipped’, it cannot be cancelled.

Before you accept your Package, kindly check your tracking number in your app. Ensure that it matches with the one on the Package. If it does not match, please inform the agent at the Pick-up Point that they have handed you the wrong Package.

If it’s confirmed that you have received the wrong Package, do ask the agent at the Pick-up Point to check if there is another Package with your tracking number. If no such Package can be found, inform the Pick-up Point agent. A return request will be initiated, and we will process your refund as per Daraz’s Refund Policy.

There are many Pick-up Points that also serve as Return drop-off centers. However, for your returns you must follow the proper return process to avoid any delays or complications with your return.

Lost Packages are very rare, so it would be good to first ensure that the tracking number you have provided to the agent to locate your Package is accurate.

In the case that the Package still cannot be located, the Pick-up Point will be in touch with Daraz to declare the Package as lost and you will be refunded. This will take approximately 8 days from the time you are notified via email with a confirmation that the Package is Lost.
