Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for dFamily.These Terms are between you and Daraz.pk and govern our respective rights and obligations. If you sign up for dFamily, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please note that your use of the Daraz.pk web site and the dFamily membership are also governed by our Conditions of Use, Privacy Notice Terms & Conditions, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Daraz.pk web site.

dFamily is a free membership program for all parents that are expecting a child, or parents to children within the ages of 0-12 months old and 1-10 years old. Daraz wants to help you throughout this great journey and fulfill your everyday shopping needs. You will find great affordable offers within your budget, delivered right at your doorstep.

To join dFamily, the user must fill out the Signup form with the correct credentials.

Terms & Process

1. To sign up for and use dFamily, you must (1) have a Daraz.pk account, (2) Must be a parent expecting a child, or have a child/children within the ages of 0-12month and 1-10 years old, and (3) We may accept or reject membership at our sole discretion. We may ask you to furnish documentation supporting your eligibility.
If you do not provide documentation indicating that you meet the eligibility requirements above, you may be required to reimburse us for benefits you received as a result of your dFamily membership. The dFamily membership is for personal use only and may not be used to purchase products or services for the purpose of resale. You may not use the required details for more than one dFamily membership account.

2. Results for the vouchers, discounts and giveaways will be communicated via Push Notifications and Emails only, please enable notifications in App Settings on your device and subscribe to our emails in order to ensure the reception of our communication.

3. The discounts are only available via the Daraz Mobile app. Please download the Daraz App.

4. Participation in the dFamily program is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation.

5. Daraz.pk reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the dFamily membership at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.

Agreement Changes

1. We may, on our sole discretion change these Terms or any aspect of dFamily membership, without prior notice. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Termination of Membership by Us

1. We may terminate your dFamily membership at our discretion without notice. Failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

2. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your dFamily membership.
