"This product is covered under the ""100% Purchase Protection Policy"" by Daraz: If the product is damaged or if you receive an incorrect / incomplete product, then Daraz will always replace the product for free if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

This product is not eligible for a replacement if the product is ""no longer needed"". All sales are final.

If your product is defective, you can raise a replacement request on the Website, the app or by calling us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone or in our offices after you returned your product free of charges.

Successful process of your replacement request is subject to the following conditions being met:

  1. Correct and complete product (with the original brand / product ID / undetached MRP tag / product's original packaging / freebies and accessories).
  2. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
