What are the payment methods available on Daraz.pk?

We at Daraz.pk try to provide a vast range of payment methods for the convenience of our customers. Currently, we have the following payment methods through which you can make a payment.

How to make a payment via 1Link?

1Link payment method will enable you to make a payment via your internet banking portal or ATM. This feature is only available of you see you bank’s name in the 1Link list of banks on our website.
How to pay via ATM:

  1. Visit your nearest bank’s ATM
  2. Enter your debit card and log in using your PIN.
  3. Select bill payment
  4. From a list of utility companies select “Daraz.pk”
  5. Enter your order number.
  6. Confirm your order amount that is displayed on the ATM screen along with your order number.
  7. Select “Pay” to process the payment.

How to make a payment via Internet Banking

  1. Log into your bank’s Internet Banking portal
  2. Select bill payment
  3. Select Daraz.pk from the list of utility companies and add as beneficiary
  4. Enter your order number
  5. Confirm your order amount that is displayed screen along with your order number.
  6. Select “Pay” to proceed to complete the payment.

Why can’t I complete the payment via 1Link?
The payment may not be completed due to the following typical reasons.

How to make a payment via Easypay?
Easypay enables you to make a payment via the following three methods.

  1. Over-the-Counter (OTC)
  2. Mobile Account (MA)
  3. Credit/Debit Card

How to make a payment via Easypay Shop

  1. Checkout using “Easypay”.
  2. You will be redirected to Easypay website.
  3. Select “Pay at Easypaisa Shop” payment method
  4. Enter you mobile number and email address
  5. A random token number is generated and sent to you on your mobile number.
  6. Please visit the nearest Easypaisa shop and ask the agent pay “Jade E-Services Pakistan Pvt Limited” (Daraz.pk) against this token number.
  7. Agent will tell you the total payable amount.
  8. You will make a payment against the token generated.
  9. Once the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a payment confirmation via SMS and email.

How to make a payment via Easypaisa Mobile Account

  1. Checkout using “Easypay”.
  2. You will be redirected to Easypay website.
  3. Select “Pay via Easypaisa Mobile Account” payment method
  4. Enter you mobile account number, mobile number and email address
  5. You will get a prompt on your phone to confirm the payment for “Jade E-Services Pakistan Pvt Limited” against your order number
  6. Please enter your transactions PIN
  7. Once the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a payment confirmation via SMS and email.

How to make a payment via Credit / Debit Card

  1. Checkout using “Easypay”.
  2. You will be redirected to Easypay website.
  3. Select “Pay via Credit / Debit Card” payment method
  4. Enter you mobile number, email address and card details and select confirm
  5. Once the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a payment confirmation via SMS and email.

Are the prices on the website negotiable?

No, all prices on the website are final, inclusive of all GST and non-negotiable.

Do I have to pay extra money?

If you have selected COD payment method:
No, you do not have to pay extra money other than the order amount. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.

If you have selected Credit / Debit card or any other prepaid payment method:
You are not charged extra for prepaid payment method. However, in the case of credit/debit card payment, you may be charged a cross border fee by your issuing bank as our payment processor is based outside Pakistan. For information on the exact charges please contact your issuing bank.

Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?

Cash on Delivery is available for most of the items. However, some items which are categorized as bulky or non-returnable are restricted to either partial or full prepayment. You can find more information on the product page of the product.

You will be instructed to deposit 10% of the total order amount in our UBL bank account. Our UBL bank account details are as follows

- You can make a cash deposit in our account. Please note that emailing us the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with your order number is Mandatory.
- You can perform bank transfers in the same account.

How do I make a secure payment online by credit card?

You can make a payment via credit / debit card by selecting “Credit Card Payment” payment method. Any person who has a VISA or MasterCard can make a payment via this method. You will be redirected to a secure page to enter your card details. Once the payment is accepted, if required, you will receive verification call. Please note that your card information is safe and your customer information is handled with high degree of confidentiality. Our website is secure with the Comodo SSL certificate. Our customer service agent will confirm your card details against the system. If we cannot get in touch with you within three days we will cancel your transaction and order. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

If we suspect that the used card is fraudulent or not yours, we may ask you to verify the authorization code of the transaction or a truncated copy of the card. Once verified, your order will be processed.

Daraz.pk has the right to block any transaction it may find fraudulent in anyway. We may take appropriate legal action against customers who use fraudulent cards to make purchase on our website. Cybercrime is a very serious offence in which case your customer details will be shared with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

What currencies do you accept?

We only accept PKR Pakistani Rupee.

Why am I not able to make a payment with card online?

Your card may be declined during an attempt to make online payment because of the following typical reasons

Reversal of pre-authorized transactions

If your transactions is cancelled by us, the time taken to release the funds back into your account is dependent on your issuing bank’s policy. This instruction is sent to the issuing bank immediately, however it may take from 2 to 45 days for the release to take effect. This release is dependent on your issuing bank’s policy. For more information, please contact your issuing bank.

Can I make a payment via instalments?

We do not offer payments on instalments.

Can I make a payment via Swipe on Delivery?

At the time of delivery, our (AIG) rider will have a mPOS device connected to his phone. He will use this device to swipe your card and process your payment. This option is not available for all cities and limited to specific products. For more information, please contact us.
