Daraz offers "100% Purchase Protection" when you buy this product. If the product is damaged or if you receive an incorrect / incomplete product, then Daraz will always replace the product for free if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
This product is not eligible for a replacement if the product is "no longer needed". All sales are final.
If your product is defective, you can raise a replacement request by calling us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone or in our offices after you returned your product free of charges.
How to replace your product:
Your replacement request will be successfully processed if the following conditions are met:
1. The product is correct and complete, including the original tags, packaging, freebies and accessories.
2. The product is unused, and in an undamaged and original condition, without any scratches or dents.
3. Before returning a mobile / tablet, the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled. iCloud account should be unlocked for Apple devices.
