Yes, Daraz only offers 100% new and unused products. The only exception is for refurbished laptops for which we ensure the best quality grade and full warranty from the vendor.

Payment

Pre-payment is 100% safe and easy. However, Daraz also offers you the possibility to pay through Cash On Delivery (CoD). With CoD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

Note:

  • Some Items may not be available for CoD
  • The maximum order value for CoD is 100,000 PKR
  • Gift cards or vouchers cannot be used to make CoD payments

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Daraz. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.

Note: For International Payment via Credit / Debit card you may be charged a cross border fee by your issuing bank as our payment processor is based outside Pakistan. For information on the exact charges please contact your issuing bank.

Yes, Daraz offers Asan Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) plan on Zero Markup/Processing Fee/Down Payment for Credit Card Holders of Standard Chartered Bank, Silk Bank and Bank Alfalah . This Asan Istallment plan applies for all products with a value of Rs. 10,000 or above.

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the ""Verified by VISA"" and ""Mastercard SecureCode"" services.

3D secure password is an additional one-time password, that you’ll be asked to enter on the payments page. This password is known only to you, and is sent to you via email or text. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

You can request for your order to be delivered to a different address within the same region or city before your order is shipped.

If you want to change the shipping address to a different region or city, we will have to cancel and replace the original order.

You should refuse to accept an open package. If you do accept such a package by mistake or find out it has been tampered with, please get in touch with us immediately.

We’ll attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before cancelling your order.

To make sure that your account is always secure, multiple email addresses cannot be added. However, you can replace your current email address with a new one.

Your email address helps us provide timely information to you about your order. It also acts as your username and helps you to login.

  • In the Contact Details box click “Change Password”
  • Enter the required information and click "Submit"

We deliver original shoes and apparel items to selected cities in the USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada and Australia.

International orders are delivered in 8-12 days on average.

All items shipped abroad from Pakistan cannot be returned. The domestic 7-day return policy does not apply.

If no payment option is shown after you’ve entered your shipping information, you need to go back to your cart and make sure that you have only selected internationally shippable items. These items are mostly apparel and shoes, and are clearly labeled in the key feature field. International orders don’t include categories such as general merchandise and phones.

All of our international deliveries are done through DHL.

For International shipments, only prepaid debit or credit card payments are acceptable.

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. When purchasing an item in another currency, your credit institute will convert this amount into your local currency according to the bank's inherent exchange rate. This may vary day by day.

When ordering from Daraz, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country that he is trying to import the products to.

Furthermore, the customer agrees to the fact that orders shipped outside Pakistan are marked as gifts yet may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Daraz has no control over these charges, nor can Daraz predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and your local customs office is the best source of information for such queries.

Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
